Hands-On Reptile Presenter
Prehistoric Inc. is currently looking for outgoing crew members to entertain and educate children and adults alike in our hands-on Jurassic Party presentations across Southern California.
This position is perfect for someone with strong people skills, especially children, who are passionate about learning and then teaching the community about reptiles. Responsibilities will include handling and presenting reptiles for Jurassic Party events both on and off site.
Jurassic Party presenters regularly interact with reptiles, amphibians, and bugs on a regular basis and must be able to maintain their composure while handling these animals.
This position requires individuals with reliable transport carrying a valid CA drivers license and a great driving record. Because of the nature of these events the position is part time based on reservations and availability on Saturday and Sunday is a must.

As a member of our Sales and Service team, you will use product knowledge to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them. The goal is to develop customers for life. As a Sales Associate you are a “jack of all trades”. You will flex between the different requirements in our retail environment through acting as a greeter, cashier, stock support, phone answerer, and of course animal caretaker…whatever the call of duty requires. Prehistoric Inc. is looking for a reliable individual who can be responsible for organizing effective office operations including clerical and secretary duties.
Daily tasks will include invoicing, maintaining QuickBooks operations, receiving, organizing, and paying bills; responsibility for reconciling all charges, and accounts for monthly, quarterly, and yearly taxes; responsibility for overall office organization to allow easy access to all necessary files, forms, and documents through an organized filing system

Special Event Customer Engagement
Prehistoric Inc. is looking for seasonal staff for our interactive reptile displays.
During events Prehistoric Inc. provides an educational and interactive reptile booth for guests. Your responsibilities would include engaging customers while promoting our company, interactive photos and reptile ownership.
The second responsibility in this position is running the photo area where you will be required to process transactions, photograph guests, and pose an 8-12 ft Burmese python.
This position requires someone who thrives in a fast paced environment with great communication skills, the willingness to engage customers to promote sales, and a basic knowledge of reptiles.
